Reviews Summary |
Chicago experimental outfit A Lull is anything but a dull murmur in music. Employing afrobeat-inspired drums, fuzzed-out vocal pads and digital-age symphonics, A Lull create ever-changing scenery within the same song. The band's latest single, 'Some Love,' is a cacophony of genres, blended into an indie rock party anthem. - Spinner |

The new video from local psych-poppers A Lull features some innocent summer time fun like driving to a seemingly abandoned farmhouse, drinking beer, spray painting wall of aforementioned house, playing with fireworks, dancing in front of a projector, you know, the usual. Honestly, I was waiting for the monster thing from A Lull’s “Weapons For War” video to pop out and go on a rampage. Alas, that did not happend, which makes sense considering the song is about, yes, love. - Loud Loop Press |
