Vuurwerk complete their mysterious left-field dancefloor based trilogy with One EP. Like its predecessors, Me EP and Plus EP, the collection combines house, techno, r&b and dubstep into something unclassifiable. "Silicon Hope" kicks things off with a twisted vocal sample and stuttering beat. From the initial keys of "Too Much" through the organ stabs of "Obsession Is My Favourite Drug" classic deep-house elements sit along side garage beats and sub-rattling bass. "Grip" uses a haunting vocal and thick synth work to take things down a notch before "Slowburner" combines a thick bass-rumble, shimmering pianos and an ever building stutter-beat to relentless pace. With Me EP, Plus EP and now One EP, Vuurwerk have established a formidable track record.
